Job Description: Human Resource ManagerPosition Summary The Human Resource Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, policy development, statutory compliance, and HR strategy. The role ensures a productive, engaging, and compliant work environment aligned with the company’s goals. Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Develop and implement effective hiring strategies. Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, interviews, offer rollout. Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements. Maintain a strong talent pipeline for future needs. 2. Employee Onboarding & Induction Conduct orientation programs and ensure smooth onboarding. Create and maintain employee files and HR documentation. 3. Employee Relations & Engagement Address employee queries, grievances, and workplace issues. Drive employee engagement activities and retention initiatives. Promote a positive organizational culture. 4. Performance Management Implement and monitor the performance appraisal system. Train managers on goal-setting and review processes. Support employees in development plans and capability building. 5. HR Policies & Compliance Develop, review, and update HR policies and SOPs. Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, etc.). Maintain HR dashboards, reports, and MIS. 6. Payroll & Compensation Coordinate with finance for salary inputs, attendance, leaves, and increments. Manage employee benefits and compensation structure. 7. Training & Development Identify training needs and create yearly training calendars. Arrange internal & external training programs. 8. HR Strategy Support leadership in organizational planning. Drive HR digitization and process improvements. Key Skills & Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of HRMS systems Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities Understanding of labour laws and HR best practices Leadership and people-management skills Analytical mindset and reporting skills Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred). 2-3 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles (can be adjusted). Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
