Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Indore. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment processes, employee relations, training, and development initiatives. Key responsibilities include managing HR policies, conducting interviews, onboarding employees, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and addressing workplace issues. The HR Manager will also collaborate with leadership to align workforce strategies with business goals and maintain an efficient, motivated workforce.

Qualifications

Experience in Recruitment, Interviewing, and Candidate Screening
Expertise in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Compliance with Labor Laws
Skills in Training, Mentorship, and Employee Development
Knowledge of HR Policies, Performance Management, and Workforce Planning
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Ability to manage teams and adapt to a dynamic work environment
Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus
