Position: HR Manager

Experience: 5+ Years

Location: Ahmedabad (On-Site)


HR Manager


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Oversee recruitment, hiring, and structured onboarding
  • Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and engagement initiatives
  • Implement performance management systems and identify training needs
  • Design and manage compensation and benefits programs
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
  • Maintain HR documentation and manage policy updates
  • Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports on turnover, engagement, and performance


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR or related field
  • 5+ years in HR, including 2+ in a managerial role
  • Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Certifications like

    SHRM-CP

    or

    PHR

    preferred
