Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Hyderabad.

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

The manager will also develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital, and manage the recruitment and selection process.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Human Resources and thorough knowledge of labor laws
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
• Experience with HR software and databases, and ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to build and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
