Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Supervisor located in Hyderabad. The Operations Supervisor will oversee daily operations, ensure efficient and effective management, and maintain operational standards. Responsibilities include supervising staff, handling operational issues, ensuring compliance with regulations, and optimizing processes. The Operations Supervisor will facilitate smooth clinic operations, coordinate between departments, and implement strategies for operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills and ability to manage staff
• Proficiency in Operations and Operations Management
• Excellent Analytical Skills to identify and solve operational issues
• Outstanding Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
• Experience in the healthcare industry and familiarity with regulatory compliance is a plus
• Proven ability to optimize processes and improve operational efficiency
