Job Description

Position - HR Manager

Location - Pune (Chakan)

Experience - 4 year +

Education - MBA/PGDM - HR


Key Responsibilities:

1. Payroll Management

 Ensure accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll.

 Manage attendance records, leave data, overtime, and salary components.

 Coordinate with finance for salary disbursements.

 Handle salary queries, deductions, and reimbursements.

 Maintain payroll confidentiality and compliance with statutory norms.

2. Recruitment and On boarding

 End-to-end recruitment for technical, non-technical, and support staff.

 Coordinate with HODs to understand manpower requirements.

 Conduct sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer roll-outs.

 Manage employee on boarding, documentation, and induction process.

 Maintain database of candidates and recruitment trackers.

3. Statutory Compliances

 Ensure compliance with all labour laws such as PF, ESIC, Bonus Act, Gratuity, Factories Act, etc.

 Coordinate with consultants/auditors for compliance audits and inspections.

 Maintain and update statutory registers and returns as required.

 Address compliance-related grievances and provide timely resolutions.

4. Housekeeping and Facility Management

 Supervise housekeeping team and vendors for cleanliness and hygiene of premises.

 Prepare and monitor housekeeping schedules and checklists.

 Manage procurement and inventory of cleaning materials.

 Ensure upkeep of pantry, washrooms, common areas, and office premises.

 Conduct regular facility inspections to ensure maintenance standards.

5. General HR Administration

 Manage employee files and HRIS data.

 Handle grievance management and employee engagement activities.

 Coordinate for training programs and performance evaluation support.

 Assist in HR policy implementation and updates.

Required Skills and Competencies:

 Strong knowledge of payroll software- InfowanHR.

 Good understanding of HR policies, statutory laws, and compliance requirements.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to handle multi-tasking in a fast-paced industrial environment.

 Problem-solving attitude and team coordination.

Educational Qualification:

 Graduate in any stream with MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.

Preferred Industry Background:

 Manufacturing
