We are looking for a Human Resources Manager who can add more value to our organization.
Support the full spectrum of human resources operations duties such as recruitment, staff engagement, grievance handling and key policies implementations. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization. Timely administration of salaries, incentive and other employee payouts. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs Report to management and provide decision support. Responsible for handling any escalations in employee issues or concerns in an efficient and ethical manner. Able to handle major HR activities like, Joining / relieving formalities, statutory compliances , leave management ,payroll processing, employee appraisal etc. Able to address employee grievance and employee retention.
