Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Jaipur. The Human Resources Manager will oversee HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and implementing HR policies. Responsibilities also include engaging in workforce planning, developing training programs, and fostering professional development. The role will ensure HR strategies align with organizational objectives while enhancing employee satisfaction and retention. Qualifications Proficiency in recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning Min 2 years of experience in HR department Experience in performance management, employee relations, and employee engagement Knowledge of HR compliance, policy implementation, and labor laws Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze HR metrics, develop strategies, and resolve complex HR issues Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
