HR Manager

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals and vision.
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle — from job posting to onboarding.
Oversee employee relations, address grievances, and ensure a positive work culture.
Design and monitor performance appraisal systems and employee evaluation processes.
Handle payroll coordination, attendance management, and HR record-keeping.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
Organize employee training, development programs, and engagement activities.
Collaborate with management to forecast manpower needs and workforce planning.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR data and documents.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2–3 years

Strong understanding of HR operations, recruitment processes, and compliance.

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills , English proficiency.

HR software (HRMS)

Ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain professionalism under pressure.
