Role Description

This is a remote internship role for a Human Resources Manager. The intern will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR tasks, including talent acquisition processes, maintaining employee records, and assisting with employee engagement activities. Additional responsibilities include coordinating training sessions, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and contributing to the development of HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Knowledge in talent acquisition, onboarding, and maintaining employee relations
• Skills in event coordination and planning for employee engagement initiatives
• Understanding of HR policies, compliance, and regulatory requirements
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in HR tools and software is a plus
• A current or recent enrollment in a Human Resources, Business Administration, or related program is preferred
