We are looking for a Technical Recruiter who can add more value to our organization.
Proven work experience as a technical recruiter for a minimum of 2 years. Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques. Technical expertise to understand and explain job requirements for different IT roles. Hands-on experience with various online interview mediums. Provide candidates feedback and suggestions to the reporting manager. Previous experience with any recruitment tools will be an added advantage. Good communication and time management skills. Collaborates with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled; reviews job descri Assists with the development and revision of specifications and job descriptions for selected posts. Identifies the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting candidates. Drafts recruitment advertisements; posts and/or places ads in the most effective manner Identifies appropriate candidates and assesses their qualifications through review of their resumes, Connects qualified candidates with hiring managers. Maintains contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their applications. Vets potential employees credentials.
