Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the IT landscape and a proven track record in C2H staffing. You will be responsible for identifying top-tier technical talent and managing the transition from contract to permanent roles, ensuring a seamless experience for both the candidate and the client.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for diverse IT roles, with a specialized focus on C2H staffing models and lateral hiring.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter) to find niche technical talent.
  • Pipeline Management: Proactively build and maintain a "warm" pipeline of qualified IT professionals to reduce Time-to-Hire for recurring requirements.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with Hiring Managers and Client Partners to define technical competencies and refine ideal candidate personas.
  • Assessment & Screening: Conduct rigorous technical screening and behavioral interviews to evaluate skill proficiency, project experience, and cultural alignment.
  • C2H Transition Management: Oversee the conversion process for contract employees, managing expectations and documentation during the transition to full-time roles.
  • Candidate Advocacy: Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring a transparent, high-touch, and professional candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.

Key Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years of proven experience in IT Recruitment, specifically handling C2H and staff augmentation.
  • Industry Knowledge: Previous experience recruiting for IT Service providers or major Product companies is highly preferred.
  • Technical Literacy: Strong grasp of modern technologies and the ability to discuss technical project scopes.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to "sell" the company vision to passive candidates.
  • Efficiency: Proven ability to manage a high volume of requisitions in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Tools: Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri, Monster, and LinkedIn.
