Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing: Using job boards, social media (LinkedIn, GitHub), professional networks, and events to find talent.
Screening: Reviewing resumes, conducting pre-screening calls, and assessing technical skills and cultural fit.
Collaboration: Working with hiring managers to define requirements and with HR for documentation and onboarding.
Interviewing: Organizing various interview formats, including technical assessments and behavioral interviews.
Offer Management: Extending offers, negotiating salaries, and handling paperwork.
Strategy: Developing recruitment strategies and promoting the company as an employer of choice.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Technical or IT Recruiter.
Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies (Java, Python, Cloud), and key skills.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of sourcing techniques (Boolean search, social media recruiting).
