Job Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment for site-based staff, operators, and management employees. Maintain attendance, leave records, salary sheets, and shift rosters . Prepare and process salary, PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity and other statutory compliances . Handle employee onboarding, documentation, ID cards, contract agreements, performance records . Ensure adherence to labour laws, contractor compliance and safety norms . Manage employee grievance handling, disciplinary action, exit formalities and full & final settlement . Coordinate with Project Head, Accounts Dept., and Head Office for HR administration. Maintain a healthy employee work environment and communication .
