Exact Job Title: HR Manager - Training & Development

We seek a candidate who will be responsible for building and leading comprehensive learning and development (L&D) strategies that empower employees at all levels. This includes technical, functional, and leadership skill development; overseas training programs; skill mapping and gap identification; and fostering strong partnerships with universities for capstone projects and research collaborations. The role is critical in creating a continuous learning culture and supporting the organization’s rapid growth and evolving technology needs.

Key Objectives

• Drive the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of training and development programs across all employee levels.
• Build robust skill mapping and development frameworks aligned with business and technology roadmaps.
• Establish strong academic and research collaborations to strengthen talent pipelines and support technical advancement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute training strategies aligned with organizational goals and competency frameworks.
• Design learning paths for all levels, from technicians to senior leaders.
• Oversee skill mapping, assessments, and targeted upskilling initiatives.
• Facilitate technical certifications and specialized programs, including overseas training.
• Build partnerships with universities, vendors, and academic institutions for joint learning and research.
• Manage training systems, budgets, and program effectiveness through data-driven analysis.
• Support individual development plans, succession, and high-potential talent growth.

Required Qualifications

• MBA degree is required, specialization in HR or a technical background is preferred.
• Minimum 10–12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing training, skill development, and academic partnerships.
• Prior experience in engineering, industrial equipment, or technology-driven organizations strongly preferred.

Salary range: INR 17 - 20 LPA. Salary is negotiable based on the candidate's skills and experience. The company offers competitive incentive packages, medical care for self and family, and other benefits.
