As we continue expanding our operations, we are looking for a talented HR Manager to join our team and support both HR and administrative functions.


Position Overview

As the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our organization by managing human resources and administrative operations. You will oversee recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and workplace culture while ensuring smooth HR processes. This is a leadership role where you’ll directly influence team performance, engagement, and retention.


Key Responsibilities

🔹 Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Source and hire candidates across India through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals.
  • Build talent pipelines for roles in operations, sales, marketing, warehouse, tech, and support.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle—screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.

🔹 Employee Management & Engagement

  • Supervise, guide, and motivate employees across multiple locations.
  • Monitor employee performance and implement improvement strategies.
  • Promote a positive, disciplined, and growth-oriented workplace culture.

🔹 HR Operations & Compliance

  • Handle salary negotiations, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and guidelines.

🔹 Leadership & Strategy

  • Serve as a communication bridge between management and employees.
  • Drive HR initiatives to enhance retention, engagement, and satisfaction.
  • Organize training sessions, workshops, and team-building activities.


Requirements

✅ Minimum 5+ years of experience as an HR Manager / Senior HR Executive (eCommerce or Online Retail preferred).

✅ Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Naukri, and other recruitment platforms.

✅ Proven skills in recruitment, staff management, and salary negotiation.

✅ Excellent leadership, communication, and people-management abilities.

✅ Ability to motivate teams, maintain confidentiality, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

✅ A collaborative, positive, and solution-oriented mindset.
