Job Summary:


We are seeking an experienced and performance-driven Amazon Account Manager


Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management & Operations

  • Manage day-to-day operations for Amazon accounts in all target regions.

  • Monitor seller performance, account health, and resolve issues (ASIN suppressions, warnings, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and FBA guidelines.
  • Sales Growth & Strategy

  • Develop and execute strategies to scale sales

    through pricing optimization, product launches, bundling, and promotions.
  • Conduct product research for profitable resale, wholesale, and arbitrage opportunities.
  • Analyze ASIN-level performance and suggest data-driven actions to improve conversions and sales rank.
  • Product Listing & SEO

  • Optimize listings (titles, bullets, A+ content, backend keywords) for visibility and conversions.

  • Coordinate with design/content teams for enhanced brand content (EBC/A+ Pages).
  • Inventory & Supply Chain

  • Coordinate FBA shipments, replenish stock, and avoid stockouts or overstocking.

  • Liaise with suppliers and warehouses globally.
  • Pricing & Buy Box Optimization

  • Monitor pricing competitiveness and use repricing tools to win the Buy Box.

  • Implement strategies for MAP compliance, profit margin protection, and multi-region pricing.
  • Advertising & Promotions

  • Manage and optimize PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display).

  • Create deals, coupons, and other promotional tactics across regions.
  • Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and dashboards.

  • Monitor key metrics (ACoS, TACoS, ROI, CTR, Conversion Rate) and provide actionable insights.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience managing

    Amazon Seller Central

    across

    India, UK, USA, Australia

    .
  • Proven experience with

    FBA, OA, RA, Wholesale, and Resale

    models.
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon policies, listing optimization, PPC, inventory management, and Buy Box dynamics.
  • Hands-on with tools like

    Jungle Scout, Helium 10, Keepa, Seller board, Reprices, Google Sheets/Excel, and Amazon Ads Console

    .
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
