Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Kalol, where the Human Resources Manager will lead HR operations and strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Responsibilities include managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development programs, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and corporate policies. Additionally, the role involves fostering an inclusive workplace culture, handling employee grievances, maintaining HR records, overseeing payroll processes, and implementing HR initiatives to improve employee engagement and productivity.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in core HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, and talent management
  • Proficiency in performance management, employee training, and development
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance, and company policies
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) or human resource management software
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors
  • Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality
