Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, based in Jaipur. The Human Resources Manager will oversee recruitment processes, manage employee relations, and implement HR policies that align with company objectives. Responsibilities include onboarding, performance management, maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace environment. The role also involves strategizing and supervising processes for employee development and retention.

• Expertise in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Onboarding
• Proficiency in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Performance Management
• Strong knowledge of HR Policies, Labor Laws, and Compliance Requirements
• Excellent Communication, Leadership, and Organizational Skills
• Experience in Workforce Training and Development
• Ability to analyze HR metrics and implement strategic HR initiatives
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience as an HR Manager or a similar leadership role is an advantage
