Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead our HR function and contribute strategically to the company’s growth. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end HR operations, ensure compliance with labour laws, and support senior management with insights on people strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes
• Implement HR policies, employee engagement, and performance management
• Manage training & development initiatives
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations
• Handle employee relations and grievance management
• Act as a strategic partner to senior management
• Support PR activities and represent the company during client visits
• Align HR processes with financial and operational goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• B.Com graduates preferred
• MBA/PGDM in HR/IR is an added advantage
• 5–10 years of proven HR managerial experience
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labour laws & HRIS
• Excellent communication skills (English fluency required)
• Strong organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
