Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Proposal Engineer located in Kalol (Ahmedabad) Plant.

The Proposal Engineer will be responsible for preparing and writing proposals, coordinating with engineering teams, and collaborating with sales and procurement departments. Day-to-day tasks include drafting detailed proposals, gathering technical and financial information, ensuring timely submission of proposals, and liaising with clients to clarify requirements and address concerns.

Qualifications

• Experience in Proposal Preparation and Proposal Writing.
• Background in Electrical Engineering.
• Skills in Sales and Procurement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in the manufacturing or valve industry is advantageous.
