What You’ll Do

• Lead the full-cycle HR setup and recruitment in India.
• Build policies, processes, and documentation aligned with UK HQ.
• Oversee contracts, statutory compliance, payroll coordination & vendor management.
• Drive performance management, goal setting, and employee engagement.
• Act as the bridge between India and UK teams, driving culture and alignment.
• Provide people analytics and insights to senior leadership.

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years’ HR experience (preferably in a start-up or launch environment).
• Strong understanding of Indian labour laws and HR operations.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, organised, and confident to work independently.
• Exposure to international or UK-based teams is a big plus.
