Purpose of the Role


Account / Customer Development Manager


Key Responsibilities


  • Own & Grow Key Accounts:

     Manage strategic UK accounts from onboarding to delivery and aftersales.
  • Drive Commercial Excellence:

     Negotiate and implement commercial agreements that deliver profitability and sustainable growth.
  • Expand Product Portfolio:

     Identify opportunities to introduce new SKUs and categories within existing customer bases.
  • Lead NPDs:

     Coordinate New Product Development and range expansion from concept to launch.
  • Build Client Relationships:

     Foster trust-based partnerships through proactive communication and reliable execution.
  • Operational Leadership:

     Oversee order flow, logistics coordination, delivery schedules, and payment cycles.
  • Business Insights:

     Track sales data, forecast trends, and prepare performance reports for leadership.


Who You Are

  •  7–10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within 

    FMCG / Food / Retail / Supply Chain

     industries
  •   Proven track record in 

    Key Account Management

     or 

    Customer Development

  •   Excellent 

    commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder management

     skills
  •   Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  •   Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end account operations
  •   Experience working with or managing 

    UK / European clients

     is a strong advantage
  •   Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in 

    UK business hours

  •   MBA (Marketing preferred)
