As we expand our footprint into India , we’re setting up our new base in Hyderabad — and we’re looking for a self-driven, experienced HR Manager to lead our people and operations setup from day one. This is a founding HR role — perfect for someone who thrives in autonomy, enjoys building systems from scratch, and wants to shape the culture of an international company entering India. What You’ll Do Lead the full-cycle HR setup and recruitment in India. Build policies, processes, and documentation aligned with UK HQ. Oversee contracts, statutory compliance, payroll coordination & vendor management. Drive performance management, goal setting, and employee engagement. Act as the bridge between India and UK teams, driving culture and alignment. Provide people analytics and insights to senior leadership. What We’re Looking For 10+ years’ HR experience (preferably in a start-up or launch environment). Strong understanding of Indian labour laws and HR operations. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Proactive, organised, and confident to work independently. Exposure to international or UK-based teams is a big plus.
