Job Description

Role Overview:

NMG Technologies is looking to grow its HR Team, for which the HR-Manager has a critical role. 


You will be responsible for:

Strategic HR Advisory:

  • Collaborate with senior management & business leaders to understand HR needs and provide strategic guidance and support.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the organization’s objectives and promote a positive work culture.
  • Advise on organizational structure, workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee retention, and succession planning etc.


HR activities and Compliance:

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day HR activities, including but not limited to employee relations, performance management, compensation, and benefits, and HRIS administration.
  • Must have worked on ATS system.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Monitor HR metrics and analyze trends to identify are as for improvement and implement appropriate solutions.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Operations team to ensure smooth HR delivery of various HR activities.


Employee Engagement and Relations:

  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Conduct investigations and handle employee complaints or grievances in a fair and objective manner.


HR Projects and Initiatives:

  • Lead and participate in HR projects, such as policy development, process improvement, and change management initiatives etc.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to recommend innovative HR solutions and drive continuous improvement within the HR function.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR programs and initiatives that support the company’s strategic goals.


Required Candidate Skills:

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with team and candidates.
  • Minimum of 6 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2+years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and processes.
  • Proven experience in providing strategic HR advisory services to business units.
  • Excellent team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated project management skills.
