Human Resources Manager

• Candidate must be from Mumbai.
• Bachelors Degree in any discipline.
• Master in HR preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of HR Experience.
• Experience in contracting or manufacturing industry preferred.
• Fluent in English, Hindi and Marathi.
• Knowledge about applicable statutes.
• Candidates from Recruiting Agency need not apply.

1. Recruitment & Staffing

• Develop and implement recruiting strategies.
• Manage job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and hiring.
• Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs.

2. Employee Relations

• Foster a positive workplace environment.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Promote communication and transparency across departments.

3. Performance Management

• Design and oversee performance appraisal systems.
• Support managers in setting goals and giving feedback.
• Identify training and development needs.

4. HR Policy & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Maintain and update the employee handbook.
• Manage employee records and HR documentation.

5. Compensation & Benefits

• Administer payroll, bonuses, and benefits programs.
• Benchmark compensation and benefits against industry standards.
• Ensure competitive and fair compensation practices.

6. Training & Development

• Identify skill gaps and create learning opportunities.
• Organize training programs, workshops, and team-building activities.
• Promote career development and internal promotions.

7. Strategic HR Planning

• Contribute to the organization’s strategic planning.
• Align HR initiatives with business goals.
• Monitor HR metrics and make data-driven decision

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
