Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. Day-to-day tasks include recruiting, onboarding, training, and developing staff, managing employee relations, administering payroll, ensuring compliance with labor laws, crafting HR strategies, and supporting organizational development. The role demands active collaboration with management to align HR initiatives with business goals. Qualifications Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures Experience in recruiting, onboarding, training, and development Employee relations management and conflict resolution skills Payroll administration and benefits management experience Understanding of labor laws and compliance Strategic HR planning and organizational development skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving and decision-making abilities Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
