Position Overview

The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the complete Human Resources function and partnering with senior leadership to support the organization’s strategic objectives. The role requires ensuring effective implementation of HR policies, driving talent management initiatives, and maintaining organizational compliance and culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end

  recruitment, selection, and onboarding

  processes
• Manage

  performance management systems

• Develop, implement, and continuously review

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum

  5+ years of progressive HR experience

• Proven expertise in talent acquisition and workforce planning
• Strong experience in training and guiding managers and employees
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
• High level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail
