Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter located in Ahmedabad. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various roles within the company. Day-to-day tasks include developing and posting job advertisements, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing the full recruitment lifecycle. The Recruiter will also participate in developing effective recruitment strategies and maintaining candidate databases to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Qualifications

• Proficient in sourcing and screening candidates, including developing job advertisements and conducting interviews
• Experience in coordinating with hiring managers and managing the recruitment lifecycle
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with recruitment software and HR databases
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in a manufacturing industry is a plus
