Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage production plans for sheet metal fabrication, ensuring timely completion of orders.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the timely supply of materials required for production processes.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to facilitate smooth operations.
• Work closely with production teams to schedule and prioritize jobs based on customer demands and production capacity.
• Follow up on the progress of production to identify any potential delays and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure that all products meet company and industry standards before dispatch.
• Prepare reports on production performance, inventory levels, and material usage for management review.
• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste within the production line.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in the production environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 5 and above years of experience in production planning, preferably in the sheet metal or manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of production processes and supply chain management principles.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in production planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with experience collaborating across departments.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
