Executive/Sr. Executive - Production Planning and Control

Qualification:

Diploma/BE/B.Tech

Experience:

BE/B.Tech - 2- 6 years

Responsibilities:

1. Knowledge on demand management and execution till delivery (Demand to Delivery responsibilities).

2. Ability to prepare short and medium term production plans in consideration with capacities and secondary constraints.

3. Ability to understand the concepts of material planning and able to prepare long term material LOB.

4. Adherence to reporting metrics ( plan vs actual, optimal utilization, production status, shortages, SAP compliance)

5. Knowledge of working on Shelf Life based material, AS9100 Rev D is an added advantage.

6. Good knowledge of SAP-PP module and MS Excel.

7. Basic understanding of lean tools, kanban system,OEE/OLE and inventory management.

8. Candidates from aerospace/automobile industry preferred.
