Financial Planning & Analysis Job Level: Deputy Manager / Manager Location : Adibatla, Hyderabad Qualification & Experience: CA/CMA/MBA with 6-8 years of post-qualification experience Job Responsibilities: Preparation & Tracking of Annual Operating Plan (AOP) Preparation of monthly MIS with detailed analysis on Revenue & Cost (Rate variance, Volume variance) Detailed analysis of working capital on monthly basis. Preparation of Forecast/Estimates on quarterly basis for P&L and Balance sheet Preparation for Board & Leadership meetings Facilitate financial reviews with business groups and work with functional leads to ensure the effective finance and cost management Review of GL and Cost center accounting Support BD & Program teams for the new businesses Work with cross functional teams on the business reasons for the Cost & Revenue variances Support in statutory audits on the Revenue & Cost analysis Sharing of monthly Dash boards like TOC, Finance score card, Corporate reports etc. Rate forecast for the new proposals Essential Requirements: Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with functional leads Working knowledge of Manufacturing industry Experience developing financial reports and metrics Advanced technical skills in Excel, Power point presentation Show more Show less
