Role Overview: As an FP&A Manager, you will be a key player in driving the financial planning and analysis functions of the organization. Your role will involve providing insightful financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning to support decision-making at operational and executive levels. Collaborating with various departments will be essential to ensure financial objectives align with overall business goals. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare budgets and rolling forecasts by working closely with department heads to gather relevant information for accurate financial projections. - Analyze financial data and trends to offer actionable insights for enhancing financial performance. - Analyze monthly business performance scorecard and key performance indicators (KPIs). - Collaborate with different departments to understand their financial needs and provide support in achieving financial goals. - Conduct bridge and variance analysis in comparison with budgets and forecasts. - Monitor expenses and provide early alerts for potential expense overruns. - Provide robust Management Information System (MIS) support to the Operations team, addressing various business needs. - Perform order-wise margin analysis in comparison with forecasts. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, MBA, or CA. - Minimum 5 years of proven experience in financial planning and analysis, ideally in a managerial role. - Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of explaining complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders. - Proficiency in financial forecasting and advanced knowledge of financial systems and tools. - Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. - Knowledge of Oracle and HFM System is considered a value-added skill.
