Job Title: Production Planning and Control

Location: New Delhi / Noida

CTC: ₹3-5 LPA (Fixed) + Company ESOPs

Role Overview:

Production Planning Executive / Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Production Planning: Create forward production plans based on orders and project deadlines. Allocate capacity across departments like carpentry, metal, printing, fabrication, packing, etc.

2. Daily Line Planning: Convert the 10-day plan into daily output targets for each team and monitor completion.

3. Material Coordination: Work with procurement and stores to ensure materials reach each production line in time. Raise indents for any shortfall

4. Manpower Management: Plan shifts, ensure operators are assigned as per capacity and skill, raise alerts for bottlenecks or absenteeism

5. Monitoring and Reporting: Track actual vs planned output daily. Maintain dashboards showing order status, delays, bottlenecks, and machine utilization

6. Coordination: Collaborate with Quality, Design, Client Servicing, and Dispatch teams to keep everyone aligned on production status.

7. Process Improvement: Suggest process and layout improvements to increase throughput. Help implement lean or 5S practices if needed.

Required Skills & Experience

● Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering).

● 2–5 years of experience in production planning, preferably in a fast-paced, custom or semi-custom manufacturing environment.

● Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with ERP or production software is a bonus.

● Excellent analytical and communication skills.

● Strong sense of ownership and ability to work under pressure.
