Job Title: Prototype Engineer (R&D Engineer) Freshers & Experienced Location: Okhla, New Delhi Experience: 0-7 years Salary: Freshers: 3 - 4 LPA Experienced: 4 - 9 LPA Job Description: As a Prototype Engineer (R&D), you will be involved in creating, testing, and optimizing prototype models for various projects. You will work closely with the R&D team to bring concepts into reality using a methodical and data-driven approach. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the design and development of prototypes Perform calculations and analysis for design validation Collaborate with the engineering team on experiments and test setups Document results and suggest improvements Ensure timely execution of R&D tasks as per project requirements Eligibility Criteria: Freshers and experienced candidates (up to 8 years) are welcome to apply Strong proficiency in mathematics, calculations, and problem-solving Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma / B.Sc / M.Sc in relevant disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical, etc.) Analytical mindset with attention to detail Good communication and teamwork skills Preferred Skills (Good to Have): Exposure to CAD tools or simulation software Prior experience with prototyping or lab work Hands-on knowledge of fabrication or assembly processes What We Offer: A collaborative and innovative work environment Opportunity to work on challenging R&D projects Career growth and learning opportunities
