Job Description

What You ll Be Doing:

Lead and manage a team of application engineers, to deliver high-quality engineering supports and solutions.
Provide advanced hardware engineering design and support to the regional engineering teams
Develop reference design and prototypes to meet project requirements.
Provide Hardware support for any new development and improve the existing/upcoming designs.
Verification, characterization, and documentation of procedures and standards & Responsible for managing time estimation of design activities.
Monitor and maintain the safety and quality of products, as well as write tests and development documentation.
Design, develop, and document specifications throughout the project life cycle.
Analyzes technology trends, human resource needs, and market demand to plan projects.
Forecasts operating costs of department and directs preparation of budget requests.
Provide technical training and development opportunities to team members to enhance skills and knowledge.
Foster team growth through mentoring and professional development.

What We Are Looking For:

Bachelor s degree or higher in Electronics/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related engineering fields.
Minimum 10 years in electronics, semiconductor, or electro-mechanical and interconnect product and engineering design.
Proven experience in a R&D design environment.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage engineering teams effectively.
Deep knowledge of power conversion topologies (DC-DC, AC-DC, and DC-AC), and analog design, signal conditioning, sensors and data acquisition systems.
Strong knowledge of wireless communication protocols (e.g., Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Zigbee, LoRa, cellular) and wired connectivity (e.g., Ethernet, fiber optics, CAN).
Familiarity with relevant industry standards (e.g., IEEE 802.11, IEEE 802.3, Bluetooth SIG, 3GPP).
Expertise in interconnect, passive devices, and electromechanical products.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to develop innovative solutions.
Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
Effective communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
