Key Responsibilities : - End-to-End Architecture : Lead the greenfield architecture and design of the entire L2/L3 networking stack, including the data plane (Fast Path) and control plane interactions, for a new platform. - Core Protocol Development : Develop high-performance, scalable, and robust code in Embedded C on Linux for the data plane, focusing on L2/L3 forwarding and feature implementation. - L4-L7 Service Integration : Design, implement, and integrate critical L4-L7 protocols with a mandatory focus on OpenSSL, NAT, IPsec, and MacSec. - NOS Expertise : Leverage your deep understanding of Network Operating System (NOS) internals to ensure seamless integration, performance tuning, and system stability. - Line-Rate Processing : Implement logic for line-rate packet processing, including specific requirements for regular expression (RegEx) matching in the data path. - Container Networking : Architect and integrate solutions for container networking, ensuring efficient and scalable connectivity for modern applications. - Validation & Performance Tuning : Utilize traffic generation tools like IXIA to perform rigorous performance validation, stress testing, and functional verification of the entire software stack. - Technical Leadership & Mentorship : Act as the senior technical authority. Mentor engineers, lead design reviews, and establish a center of excellence for network protocol development within the team. Required Skills & Qualifications (Must-Haves) : - Experience : 12-18 years of hands-on experience in network protocol development, with a proven track record of architecting complex networking software. - Programming : Expert-level proficiency in Embedded C and a strong command of the Linux development environment. - NOS Internals : Exhaustive, hands-on knowledge of NOS internals, control plane/data plane separation, and Fast Path / data plane acceleration techniques. - L2/L3 Protocols : Deep, architectural understanding of L2 switching (VLANs, STP, LACP) and L3 routing (OSPF, BGP, VRF, ECMP). - L4-L7 Mandatory Protocols : Demonstrable, deep implementation experience with the following : OpenSSL (Integration, session management, crypto offload) NAT (SNAT, DNAT, connection tracking) IPsec (Tunnel/Transport mode, IKEv1/v2, ESP/AH) MacSec (IEEE 802.1AE) - IP Networking Stack : Comprehensive knowledge of the IP networking stack (TCP/IP, UDP) and packet flow through a system. - Testing Tools : Proven experience using IXIA or Spirent for creating complex traffic profiles, performance benchmarking, and debugging. - Container Networking : Solid understanding of container networking concepts (e.g., CNI, veth pairs, network namespaces, overlays). Desired Skills & Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves) : - Experience with network processors, DPUs, or SmartNICs (e.g., Broadcom, Marvell, NVIDIA). - Proficiency in Python for automation and testing. - Familiarity with hardware-accelerated regex engines. - Prior experience in a customer-facing or solutions architect role.

Proficiency in Medium Voltage and Low Voltage Power Distribution Design within Plant, development of overall Single Line Diagram Proficient in engineering design calculations such as MV/LV Transformer sizing, MV/LV cable sizing, development of MV and LV feeder lists Experienced in Procurement engineering viz. specification, technical bid Evaluation and Vendor drawing Review of various electrical packages such as MV Switchgear, LV Switchgear/MCC, MV and LV Transformers, Cables, Bus ducts, NGR, Motors, VFDs, DC/UPS systems. Well versed with Electrical Code & Standards (IEC, IEEE, IS etc) Coordination with other Engineering disciplines, vendors, EPC team, End-client as required. Development of Substation Layout, Overall Cable Raceway Layout, Earthing Layouts, Illumination design, Lightning Protection Layout

Good Academic background, sound in Electrical Construction, with a keen interest in managing customers and sub-contractors at site. Degree/ Diploma in Electrical/ Electrical Electronics is required. Report to EI lead for all construction activities and to be based at site. Must possess good interpersonal skills and communication skills. Ability to plan day to day electrical activities at site, liaising with other discipline vide Mechanical, Civil, Piping for release of work front. Ability to maintain good relations with all stakeholders. Minimum of 10 - 20 years of experience in Construction of Electrical works in Oil and Gas Industries. Process plant, steel plant, petrochemical complex, etc. including installation/ testing/ commissioning of Electrical substations (GIS), HV/MV/LV Panels, VFDs and VSDs, MCCs. Experience of independently handling of Electrical Construction, preferably on a contractor side in Oil and Gas Refinery, Petrochemical, Steel Plant, Power Plant or Pipeline Experience, Track record of HSE Leadership. Must have quality consciousness and willing to perform the work as per project specification within predefined time schedule. Experience in interpretation and application of National Electrical Code/ IEEE and other relevant international codes and standards. Knowledge in equipment erection, plant cable laying, Cable tray installation, testing and commissioning of all HV/ LV electrical equipment. Knowledge of area classification and international codes and practices applicable in refinery and petrochemicals is added advantage. Planning of material, resources, execution, cost control awareness and reconciliation activities of Electrical works with Sub-contractor, planning and PMC. Ensure to achieve the project objectives in line with HSES, quality, cost and schedule requirements. Active involvement in progress of field activities to ensure scheduling milestones and understanding critical activities for delivery of committed dates. Active in upgrading sub-contractors work performance and drive focus on Quality of work and a strong Safety culture. Actively ensure to note down the field design modifications and scope changes. Certification of measurement of work from PMC/ Customers. Certification of Measurement of the work done by the subcontractors. Installation of Electrical works with compliance with drawing and specifications. Establish plan for efficiently organizing work and site facilities to meet agreed deadlines. Site co-ordination and review with respect to productivity and standards. liaising with client, consultants, subcontractors and general workforce involved in the project.
