Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Planning Control professional based in Mumbai. The responsibilities of this role include developing and maintaining production schedules, ensuring proper planning to meet deadlines, coordinating with different teams to achieve production targets, and analyzing workflow to optimize processes. The role requires efficient communication with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of production activities. Job Description: • Develop, implement, and maintain production planning and control processes to ensure efficient operations • Track production progress and analyze performance to identify areas of improvement • Need an experienced Jewellery back office person who understands the manufacturing process well including outsourcing. • Coordinate with other departments to ensure that production plans are met • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure the availability of necessary materials • Analyze data to determine production requirements, optimize production processes, and identify potential cost savings • Oversee the maintenance of quality standards in line with company policies and procedures • Create reports for senior management regarding production performance.
