Role Description

We are seeking a Production Planning Control professional for a full-time, on-site role based in Sonipat. Responsibilities include overseeing production schedules, developing and managing production plans, and ensuring efficient utilization of resources. You will ensure a smooth workflow from order receipt to dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare daily and weekly production plans based on sheet sizes, flute combinations, and customer priorities.
Track WIP on the 5-ply line, monitor machine loading, and set efficient running sequences.
Ensure timely availability of paper, plan adhesive usage, and minimize changeover losses.
Maintain PPC MIS sheets, including order status, pending sheets, downtime, and delivery schedules.
Identify bottlenecks such as paper breaks, quality holds, or dispatch delays and take proactive action.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
2–5 years of PPC experience in corrugated box manufacturing.
Good understanding of paper GSM/BF, flute combinations, and production flow.
