Key Responsibilities

This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager at INNOTECH INDUSTRIES, located in Sonipat. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, including managing teams, setting and executing strategic goals, and ensuring operational efficiency. Responsibilities will include supervising production, optimizing workflows, implementing sustainable practices, and driving business development. The role also requires collaboration with clients, suppliers, and team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality packaging solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in the packaging industry, preferably in corrugated box manufacturing
• Proven experience managing large teams and plant operations.
• Strong understanding of production planning, cost control, and process optimization.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
