- We are seeking a results-driven Business Head to lead and scale our diagnostic operations. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and operational excellence.
- This is a full P&L leadership role with direct accountability for revenue, profitability, and market expansion.
- Own and drive the full P&L for the region, ensuring revenue growth and cost optimization
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, and Customer Experience
- Develop and execute business strategies to expand market share and enhance profitability
- Build and nurture institutional and B2B partnerships across hospitals, clinics, and corporates
- 12+ years of experience in diagnostics, healthcare, or allied sectors, with strong exposure to P&L management
- Proven leadership in scaling and should have managed P&L
- Strong stakeholder management and team-building capabilities
Must know: Hindi, English, and Malayalam
