Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR leader to oversee the full spectrum of human resources functions across a diverse and growing organization. As Head of HR, you will drive people strategy, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure alignment between business goals and talent priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead HR strategy, policy development, and execution across all verticals
Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning
Drive performance management, learning & development, and succession planning
Champion employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion initiatives
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal governance standards
Manage compensation, benefits, and HR analytics
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on organizational design and change management

Ideal Profile:

10+ years of progressive HR experience
Proven ability to lead HR in a mid-to-large scale organization
Strong interpersonal, strategic thinking, and execution skills
