CANDIDATES SHOULD BE FROM BFSI INDUSTRY ONLY The position will provide compliance support to various functions, with a view to informing, managing and mitigating new and existing regulatory and contractual requirements, their impact and associated risks, if any. Ensure timely implementation of the new regulations To prepare presentations for the Board meeting, and other Board level Committee meetings of the Company To track and monitor the Compliance issues of the Company in the Breach Log Register and Compliance Issues Register. Ensure compliance risks are within organizational appetite at all times, and timely information is provided to shareholders and management so as to be aware of the risk level of the organization. Implementation of processes and systems and leveraging technology to streamline the functions routine activities and also facilitate easy tracking.
Role & responsibilities Position: AVP/DVP - Project Finance - Investment Banking Candidates from Consumer, Education, Pharma, Healthcare is preferred Lead the execution of mandates across debt ,equity & M&A in various sectors with special focus on metal and mining sector Developing term sheets, mandate letters and assistance in negotiating terms and conditions with the client Review of various transaction documents & execution including satisfaction of CPs and post disbursement conditions. Developing financial models and valuation exercise and carrying out detailed sensitivities on key parameters Developing terms of appointment of lenders advisors (technical, commercial, legal, insurance etc) Anchoring due diligence report reviews and resolving queries and issues Developing Information Memorandum for Debt syndication / equity related mandates Assisting the syndication process Monitoring the performance of companies under the coverage list. Candidate should have familiarity with India's regulatory framework.
