Job Description

Role & responsibilities

HR Strategy & Operations:

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the plant's operational goals.
Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all HR activities.

2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, managerial, and operational roles.
Collaborate with department heads to assess and address workforce needs.

3. Employee Relations & Engagement:

Build and maintain positive employee relations to foster a collaborative work environment.
Address grievances and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities to enhance morale and retention.

4. Training & Development:

Identify skill gaps and oversee the design and implementation of training programs.
Facilitate leadership development and succession planning initiatives.

5. Compliance & Legal:

Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and safety standards.
Handle disciplinary actions and investigations, adhering to legal and ethical standards.

6. Performance Management:

Oversee performance appraisal processes and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Guide managers on performance improvement plans and career development discussions.

7. Compensation & Benefits:

Manage payroll, benefits administration, and other compensation-related activities.
Conduct periodic market analysis to maintain competitive pay structures.

8. HR Metrics & Reporting:

Monitor HR metrics (e.g.,turnover rates, absenteeism, productivity) to provide actionable insights.
Prepare and present HR reports to senior management.
