Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager located in Hyderabad. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure project milestones are met, manage budgeting and financial planning, supervise staff, subcontractors and labor mobilisation. They will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, liaising with clients to maintain strong relationships, and strategizing long-term goals for the company. Qualifications Proven experience in project management and operational oversight Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation abilities Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards Exceptional communication and client relationship management skills Ability to strategize and implement long-term business goals Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management Previous experience in the construction industry is highly desirable
