Production Planning Control

As an Assistant Manager PPC in the Planning department, your role involves managing the entire planning function for export machines and spare parts. This includes coordinating end-to-end processes from sales order receipt to dispatch for export machines and spares. You will be responsible for maintaining inventory levels for machines and spare parts to support production and dispatch schedules. Additionally, you will develop and implement replenishment plans for spare parts inventory to ensure availability and minimize stock-outs. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the entire planning function for export machines and spare parts - Coordinate end-to-end processes from sales order receipt to dispatch for export machines and spares - Maintain inventory levels for machines and spare parts to support production and dispatch schedules - Develop and implement replenishment plans for spare parts inventory to ensure availability and minimize stock-outs Qualifications Required: - B.E. in Mechanical Engineering - 8 to 10 years of experience in production planning and control, preferably in machinery or manufacturing - Experience in export coordination and inventory management - Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel for planning and reporting - Effective communication and coordination skills across departments In addition to the above, the company values your strong background in production planning and control, your experience in export coordination and inventory management, as well as your proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel for planning and reporting.
