Job Description

Job Title: Manager – HR COE

Location: Hyderabad

Reports To: Head – HR / CPO

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead and manage core HR functions including HRIS & Analytics, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, and Strategic HR Projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and a passion for driving HR excellence through data and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

HRIS & Analytics:

Streamline and digitize core HR processes (onboarding, exits, lifecycle events).
Ensure HRMS data integrity and drive system enhancements in collaboration with IT/vendors.
Develop and publish HR dashboards using tools like Power BI and Excel.
Lead HR audits and ensure compliance with labour laws and documentation standards.

Compensation & Benefits (C&B):

Design and implement C&B frameworks aligned with market benchmarks (Mercer, WTW).
Conduct job evaluations using various methodologies like Hay, etc.
Manage annual compensation cycles – increment planning, STI payout analysis, pay parity checks.
Recommend cost-effective rewards solutions including employee benefits optimization and compensation re-structuring.

Performance Management:

Drive performance-based interventions such as goal setting, rating methodology, promotions, and policy updates.

Strategic Projects:

Lead initiatives like manpower cost rationalization. HR Automation and policy revamps.
Benchmark HR practices with industry peers to ensure competitiveness and innovation.

Key Skills & Tools:

Job Evaluation (Hay), Compensation Benchmarking (Mercer, WTW)
HR Analytics, MS Excel, Power BI / Tableau
HRIS platforms (PeopleStrong, SAP SuccessFactors, Darwinbox)
Knowledge of Labour Laws, HR Compliance, and Audit Preparedness
