Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Rahta. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resource practices and processes. Daily tasks include managing recruitment and selection processes, developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives, managing employee relations, overseeing payroll and benefits administration, ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The role also involves designing and executing training and development programs, performance management, and handling disciplinary actions when necessary.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment and selection processes, employee relations management
• Proficiency in developing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy
• Knowledge of payroll and benefits administration, legal compliance, and HR policies
• Strong skills in performance management, training and development, and handling disciplinary issues
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
• Experience in a motivational or content creation industry is advantageous
