Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Rahta. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resource practices and processes. Daily tasks include managing recruitment and selection processes, developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives, managing employee relations, overseeing payroll and benefits administration, ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The role also involves designing and executing training and development programs, performance management, and handling disciplinary actions when necessary.
