Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Coding Trainer, located in Pune. The Medical Coding Trainer will be responsible for guiding and mentoring trainees in medical coding, equipping them with the knowledge and skills required for coding accuracy and compliance. Daily tasks will include delivering training sessions, preparing educational materials, evaluating trainee progress, and ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Coding Experience and Medical Coding competencies
• RHIT and Health Information Management qualifications
• Proficiency in Medical Terminology
• Excellent communication and teaching skills
• Ability to evaluate trainee progress and provide constructive feedback
• Certification in medical coding (CPC, CCS, etc.) is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management or a related field
